• Full-time, Days shift (Monday - Friday, occasional weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatments to patients under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school training; up to two years specialized training OR two years of college or comparable education.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in MD or DE.
• BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
• 20 continuing education contact hours or 2.0 CEUs every 2 years.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
