Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care through one-on-one therapy sessions in a outpatient setting.
• Conduct evaluations, scheduling 14 per week, with treatments filling remaining time.
• Perform chart reviews twice daily for 8-hour shifts, or three times daily for 10-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Participate in orientation, including Epic EMR training and department onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or pending license acceptance.
• Ability to commit to 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Willingness to work full or part-time, with flexibility for schedules.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in outpatient or orthopedic neuro settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Epic, is beneficial.
