Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services under supervision.
• Manage a typical caseload of 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Ensure productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week are met.
• Collaborate with the director to obtain approval for overtime hours when necessary.
• Participate in float staffing to other clinics as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Willingness to work with a patient population focused on outpatient orthopedic care.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work with new grads or first-time travelers.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient setting with double-booking of follow-up visits.
