Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Texas or Multi-State licensure
- At least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a 12-hour shift schedule
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
