Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for individuals affected by illnesses, injuries, or conditions requiring long-term nursing and rehabilitation services.
• Administer IV therapies, antibiotics, wound care, and medications as part of comprehensive patient treatment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
• Offer emotional support, guidance, and comfort to patients and their families.
• Comply with departmental policies, including working on days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Occasionally work overtime to meet patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
