Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Monitor and manage patients with complex conditions, including arrhythmias and renal failure
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and manage vasoactive drips with proper protocol adherence
• Perform wound care, utilizing wound vacs, and manage non-invasive airway devices (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
• Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with rapid response teams and manage airway emergencies effectively

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ER or acute care experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and VAD protocols
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patient populations
• Strong proficiency in cardiac and vasoactive medication management
• Knowledge of renal failure and emergency interventions in a step-down setting
