Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units.
• Float between units as needed within scope of practice, including renal and cardiology.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation in electronic health records.
• Follow hospital protocols for patient safety, comfort, and quality care.
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, with a schedule of every other weekend or six weekends per six weeks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• IV start and telemetry experience required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Experience with ceiling lifts, bladder scanners, and lift devices (training provided).
