Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with clinical protocols
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards to ensure high-quality care
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience providing occupational therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare facility setting
- Knowledge of patient-Centered care models and evidence-based practices
