Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services for general orthopedic patients
- See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
- Work up to 40 hours per week, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with clinic policies and standards
- Float to other clinics is not required
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Willingness to work day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
- Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs
