Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Medical Care/Progressive Care Unit and Stepdown Unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed within scope of practice.
• Float within scope across units to meet facility needs.

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PCU, Stepdown, or similar unit.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching hospital, or Magnet-designated facility.
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
