Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract, night shifts (7pm-7:30am, days vary)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and therapy to patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor and operate ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare protocols.
- Assist with emergency respiratory procedures when needed.
- Work during major and minor holidays as required to ensure continuous patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid CRT or CRTT license.
- Candidates with over 5 years of clinical experience and grandfathered status may be considered for advanced roles without registry requirements.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Familiarity with a variety of respiratory equipment and emergency procedures.
