Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and record treatment progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during night shifts.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas or appropriate compact license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
