• Night shifts, 13-week travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to transplant ICU and PCU patients in a specialized unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment procedures
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and medication administration guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in the state of Texas or applicable state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting
• Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in transplant, med-surg, or ICU units
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• Ability to float across acute care areas such as renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho
• Positive interpersonal skills and adaptability to change
