Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for adult patients.
• Manage critical medications, including pressors and critical drips.
• Perform procedures such as CVC and art line insertions, bronchoscopy, and other ICU protocols.
• Monitor patient status using advanced equipment like ventilators, CRRT, and ECMO.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document care and procedures accurately in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• Critical Care training certification.
• Experience managing pressor medications.
• Proficiency in art line management.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to float to other areas such as ICC and TCU if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critical drip management.
• Skills in art line procedures.
• Prior ICU travel nursing experience.
