Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours), rotating weekends, no on-call required, possible floating within scope depending on experience, no remote option
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to pediatric, neonatal, and infant patients in a teaching hospital setting
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient-specific care plans
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient care activities accurately within electronic health records
- Participate in holiday rotation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- RRT certification through NBRC or South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP)
- Valid BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric, neonatal, and infant respiratory care experience
- RRT SC license must be active and in hand at the start of employment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Epic electronic health record system experience
- Previous experience in a magnet, teaching, or Level 1 trauma hospital setting
