- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families.
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with quality care standards.
- Participate in continuing education and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
