Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and perform occupational therapy interventions to help patients recover maximum function.
• Direct assistance with educational, vocational, and recreational activities tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with patients' families and healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment goals.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Eligible for or current licensure as an Occupational Therapist from the Oregon State Board of Health.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy practices related to physical disabilities and rehabilitation.
• Understanding of general medicine, surgical, and mental health concepts.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating good communication and support skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
