Schedule / Job Type

• Travel / 13-week assignment / Nights shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a high-acuity setting during night shifts.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities in accordance with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient treatment and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and responses.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion while treating patients, families, and staff with respect.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or ATCN certification from recognized agencies.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to handle emergency and crisis situations with composure.
• Physical ability to handle prolonged standing, patient transfers, and mobility tasks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1 year of emergency room nursing experience.
• Familiarity with trauma and critical care nursing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse patient populations.
