Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients in outpatient settings.
• Treat patients with diagnoses such as sensory processing disorder, autism, fine motor delay, and developmental delay.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (Epic).
• Maintain compliance with all department policies and standards of care.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to ensure best practices and quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Illinois state license or confirmation that licensure has been initiated.
• BLS certification.
• Last four digits of SSN and middle initial for credentialing.
• Understanding of pediatric therapies and conditions such as sensory processing disorder, autism, and developmental delays.
• Ability to work in outpatient pediatric settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Pediatric speech therapy experience.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
