Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, developing and implementing ongoing therapeutic physical therapy plans as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain and update treatment plans and home exercise programs, managing a full caseload independently.
• Perform re-evaluations based on insurance authorizations and patient progress.
• Utilize departmental equipment including EMR systems such as Net Health Therapy and Meditech.
• Work on Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as required by hospital operations.

Required Qualifications
• Active Hawaii State Occupational Therapist license prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult patients in outpatient and acute rehab settings.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems like Net Health Therapy and Meditech.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation procedures and protocols.
