• Full-time, days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services to infant, child, and adolescent populations.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records.
• Comply with facility policies, including mandatory RTO and holiday scheduling.
• Float between multiple facilities within the state as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California State License as a Physical Therapist (no temporary licenses accepted).
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric therapy experience.
• Pediatric and infant population experience is an absolute requirement.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to commit to working holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).
• Must be able to work a 5x8 schedule on weekdays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in acute care hospital settings preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically Epic.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible floating schedule within the state.
