Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients.
• Manage a caseload by screening, assessing, and building patient care plans, focusing on fall risk and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Implement and document treatment plans for conditions such as post-operative care, joint replacements, fractures, back pain, and other orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Utilize NextGen EHR to accurately record patient encounters, treatment progress, and assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Maintain a professional, business casual dress code in a clinical setting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1+ year of practical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience with musculoskeletal assessments, orthopedic interventions, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, specifically NextGen.
• Ability to evaluate and treat diverse patient needs, including fall risk and post-op recovery.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, meniscus tears, osteoporosis, and rotator cuff injuries.
• Knowledge of various treatment methods for postural dysfunctions, joint replacements, and outpatient therapy programs.
• Strong case management and caseload building skills.
