Job Title

• IR / Special Procedures Technician - Neuro IR

• Full-time, day shift, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in general and neuro interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Operate imaging equipment including GE and Siemens systems.
• Adhere to unit policies and protocols, including dress code and safety guidelines.
• Support a team of 4 RNs and 4 Techs on a 2-bed IR unit.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including 5 days per month plus one weekend.
• Ensure accurate data collection and documentation within the EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology or special procedures.
• Certification in radiology technology or related field.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced IR environment.
• Experience with GE or Siemens imaging equipment preferred.
• Must have strong procedural and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in neuro IR procedures.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to float between units as needed.
