Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location:
Marion, NC
Schedule / Job Type:
Travel, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient cardiac activity and respond to abnormal findings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient responses and treatment progress accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous telemetry or cardiac nursing experience.
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems.
