- Travel, Nights Shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit as part of a travel nursing team.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel schedule.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a travel RN role.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
