Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location
• El Paso, TX

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract, night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room environment for surgical patients.
• Assist with surgical procedures, equipment setup, and ensuring patient safety throughout the operative process.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and trauma center requirements.
• Document patient care and procedures accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma Center.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in robotics, neuro, ortho, urology, or vascular surgery.
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience.
• Familiarity with MediTech EMR system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
