Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Medford, OR

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting.
• Float between units as needed to support hospital operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting, primarily using Epic systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
• Comply with hospital policies and on-call requirements as specified.
• Work with patient ratios of 1:4 and support holiday staffing as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid OR Registered Nurse license (pending OK if license is in process).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic charting system.
• Vehicle required for travel between facilities and affiliates.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
• References: Two supervisory references from within the last 3 years covering at least 6 months of recent experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in short-term acute care facilities.
• Ability to float within hospital departments and support multiple units.
• Familiarity with hospital policies on RTO requests and holiday rotations.
