Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, 5x8 hours shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients within a 75-mile radius.
• Answer on-call phone duties and respond to patient inquiries during scheduled weekends and weekday evenings.
• Perform patient assessments, administer treatments, and coordinate care plans.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Travel between patient homes as required for visitations and PRN visits.
• Adhere to documentation and compliance protocols, including submitting necessary documentation on time.

Required Qualifications

• Valid WV or Compact RN license (Pending license acceptable).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• BLS certification via American Heart Association.
• Ability to travel within a specified radius and adhere to travel compliance requirements, including inclusion of SSN and DOB on application.
• Candidates must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility or be within 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in home health care and travel nursing preferred.
• Prior experience with on-call duties and home health service delivery.
• Strong assessment and patient communication skills.
• References from manager or charge nurse within the past 2 years.
