Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 nights per week (Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet hospital.
• Floats to various med-surg floors within the main hospital and Ashley River tower as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including charting in EPIC electronic health records.
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations to support patient care needs.
• Maintain flexibility for on-call duties and possible emergency response during hurricane season.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Willing to float across med-surg units.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching, or Magnet hospital setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Travel compliance requirements include SSN, licensing proof, and completed module hours.
