Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract, travel, days shift, 13-week assignment, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, including post-surgical recovery and basic procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Document patient status and treatments accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and medication administration as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in days schedule.
• Basic knowledge of medical equipment and electronic medical records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic medical records system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
