- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents under RN supervision
- Provide direct patient care, including passing medications
- Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure quality care
- Ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans
- Document patient information accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and external agencies
Required Qualifications
- Current California LVN or LPN license
- Long-term care experience
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Must pass nursing medical test and hold current BLS certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
