• Full-time, Night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and rhythms reading.
• Administer and manage cardiac medications and drips, excluding titration.
• Provide patient care within the telemetry unit, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiac care.
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs, including occasional coverage at affiliate hospitals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with telemetry or cardiac unit background.
• Valid state R.N. license (Missouri required at time of submittal; Illinois and compact state licenses are special considerations).
• BCLS and NIH Certifications required.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Must have a valid SSN and date of birth for compliance purposes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS and CPI certifications preferred.
• Experience managing cardiac medications and drips without titration.
• Willingness to work night shifts and holidays.
• Previous experience working within hospital EPIC systems.
