Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and document care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursing license/verification.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical or relevant specialty.
- Chemo certification preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days.
- Skills checklist, references, certification card, and Nursys license verification required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for oncology, step-down, or sickle cell patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy patient acuity.
