Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Tele unit at a major hospital campus.
• Follow rotating shift schedules including day and night shifts.
• Complete all required assessments, certifications, and documentation during orientation.
• Work at least every other holiday as part of the schedule.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding safety protocols, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Tele nursing prior to travel assignments.
• Recent MS/Tele experience (travel experience acceptable).
• Valid Ohio or Compact state nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications active and current.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including night and day.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital setting within a large healthcare system.
• Familiarity with hospital compliance and documentation protocols such as Qualivis and Lotus.
• Previous travel nurse experience is a plus.
