Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans for critically ill patients.
• Provide advanced life support, administer medications, and manage ventilators and medical equipment.
• Monitor vital signs, record patient data, and respond to life-saving emergencies following established protocols.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide patient and family education and support.
• Collaborate with the critical care team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Care for pre- and post-operative ICU patients, serving as an advocate for patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license.
• Recent ICU, trach, and ventilator experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) facility.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications by the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
• Prior experience with medical equipment such as ventilators and monitors.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with critically ill adult patients in ICU settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
