Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident health status and report any changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols during each shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a Geriatric (GERI) setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Prior experience with PCC system is strongly preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 18 months of LPN experience in a GERI setting
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and as needed for holidays
