Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and record patient progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Texas State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Proven experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working in long-term care facilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
