- Days, 13-week assignment, part-time (3 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and record patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Proven experience in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in long-term care facilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
