Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for ICU patients with conditions such as respiratory illnesses, GI bleed, drug overdose, and end-stage kidney disease.
• Monitor and document patient status using Cerner charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across ICU, step-down, transitional units, and surge spaces.
• Perform advanced procedures including SLEDD (continuous dialysis).
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during 12-hour night shifts.
• Adhere to unit protocols and maintain high standards of care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license with Delaware or Compact license, license number, and expiration date in hand.
• Current certifications with expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Full SSN, date of birth, and complete address required for submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in respiratory, GI, or transitional care units.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
• Ability to float across ICU, step-down, and transitional units as needed.
• Experience with continuous dialysis procedures (SLEDD).
