- Full-time, temporary (8-week assignment), on-site, night shift (11 PM – 7 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health status
- Follow care plans and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled
- Adhere to facility policies and safety procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or valid compact license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Geriatric LPN experience in LTC or SNF settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working night shifts in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
