• Days, 3x12-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 9:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical assistance in a busy level-one trauma center operating room.
• Support a variety of surgical specialties, including trauma, transplant, orthopedics, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics.
• Assist with scrub and circulate duties, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
• Work during scheduled shifts, with holiday rotation and up to 4 weekend call shifts every 4 weeks.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across surgical units.
• Comply with on-call requirements and hospital policies, including RTO submission prior to start.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or multi-state/compact RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Radiation Badge (to be provided by agency).
• Minimum 2 years of recent surgical experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 3x12-hour day shifts and participate in holiday and call rotation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in a surgical setting.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center.
• Ability to float between units and handle complex surgical procedures.
