Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-hour evening shifts, 5 days per week, ongoing assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Participate in weekend rotations and holiday coverage as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active NC LPN license or a compact license
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of previous experience working as an LPN in a geriatrics or long-term care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with LTC/SNF environments and patient care procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
