Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized dialysis nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient responses during dialysis treatments and adjust care as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Float within the facility as required, providing support across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 2 years of recent dialysis nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Flexibility to float within the facility as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital environment with adult dialysis patients.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical situations.
