Job Title
• Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location
• Honokaa, HI
Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, full-time, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Communicate pertinent information to healthcare providers
• Assist with activities of daily living, including gastrostomy tube and urinary catheter care
• Execute nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP therapy
• Manage patient admissions and discharges
• Provide care on varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; OT rotation may be required
Required Qualifications
• Valid Hawaii State Nursing License (must obtain if not currently held)
• Must have Hawaii license by the start of assignment
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred
• Ability to perform various patient care duties and document accurately
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or SNF settings
• Knowledge of wound care, respiratory therapies, and complex patient assessments
