- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry
- Cleveland, OH
- Full-time, temp-to-hire, 3x12-hour shifts (Day and Night) on a rotating schedule
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status, including ECG rhythm recognition.
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-site orientations, including assessments in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety.
- Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment.
- Current Ohio license or valid Compact state license.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation.
- Commitment to working at least every other holiday as scheduled.
- Previous traveling or contract nursing experience is a plus.
- Experience with electronic medical records and hospital compliance procedures.
