Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, days and nights available, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with various diagnoses including cancer, infections, and other medical-surgical issues.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, ensuring patient safety and timely response to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and fall prevention measures.
• Support patients through diagnosis, treatment, and transition to end-of-life care as appropriate.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic charting systems such as EPIC.

Required Qualifications

• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or oncology setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with telemetry interpretation and monitoring.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology-specific certifications, such as ONS Chemotherapy Certification, preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in electronic health records.
