Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the operating room setting.
- Ensure safe, efficient delivery of quality nursing care aligned with unit standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Follow established policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with safety protocols.
- Adhere to clinical practices that support the organization’s mission and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
- BLS Certification from AHA.
- ACLS Certification from AHA.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in surgical or operating room settings.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies effectively.
- Strong communication skills tailored to diverse patient populations.
