Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Intensive Care Monitor / Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown units
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or appropriate state licensure
- Recent experience in ICU, PCU, or stepdown units preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with critical care or telemetry monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
