Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various hospital units, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are followed.
• Float between hospital units as needed, working with a diverse patient population.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in holiday coverage and follow assigned shift schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon or eligible to obtain one.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital setting.
• Reliable transportation required for floating between hospital facilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute care or short-term inpatient settings.
• IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work one weekend shift per week and accommodate holiday coverage.
