- Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting mobility and functional independence.
- Provide outpatient services including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, dizziness, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Travel to multiple points of care as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- Ability to travel to various care locations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Knowledge of specialized rehab therapies for neurological and orthopedic conditions.
