Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient records.
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Physical Therapist (or equivalent) in California.
- Proven experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- BLS certification (preferred).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
